Domestic Orders (U.S.)

Small orders (under 1 lb): Shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

Most other orders: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail (estimated 2–3 business days).

Larger boxes: Shipped via UPS Ground (estimated 2–5 business days).
These timeframes are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier backlogs are outside our control.
International Orders

Estimated delivery: 15–21 business days, depending on destination.

Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by the courier before release. Some packages may pass through customs without fees, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Customs processing can add delays beyond our shipping estimates.
Delivery & Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

Occasionally, carriers mark packages “delivered” before actual arrival. Most of the time, delivery follows within 1–2 days.

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number. We’ll review tracking and help resolve the issue.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged/defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product (if damaged).
