Our Oolong Matcha is made from Vietnamese-grown oolong tea cultivated in the pristine volcanic soils of the Central Highlands, then crafted using traditional Japanese matcha techniques.

We partner with trusted tea farms that practice careful shading, selective hand-picking, and precise milling, preserving the natural character of the leaves while ensuring quality and consistency.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

• U.S. shipping: A flat $4.99, with free shipping on orders of $49 or more.
• We ship through UPS, FedEx, or USPS, selecting the most cost-effective service for each order.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and other destination fees are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within seven days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

We use recyclable and eco-friendly packaging whenever possible, including recyclable shipping boxes and aluminum tins.

While some shipments may require plastic packing tape, we’re committed to reducing waste and continually improving the sustainability of our packaging.
