Our Jasmine Matcha pairs oolong-cultivar matcha with a traditional Vietnamese jasmine-scenting process.
As jasmine blossoms open after nightfall, they release their most expressive fragrance. Fresh blooms are layered with the tencha overnight, then removed and replaced each morning for three rounds of scenting. No artificial flavors, oils, or extracts are used.
The result is a naturally floral, smooth, tea-forward matcha that makes a distinctive café offering.
